Set within a 24m x 27m outdoor space at CSM Live’s Orpington campus, the event was designed to capture the energy and atmosphere of a lively après ski setting. The layout created a dynamic, open environment where guests could move freely, socialise and enjoy the experience throughout the evening.

Seven large fire pits formed the heart of the space, providing warmth, ambience and natural gathering points for guests. Combined with carefully considered styling and lighting, the result was a relaxed yet high-impact environment that delivered a memorable winter-themed celebration.
