The brief was to transform a working industrial space into a premium event environment that reflected Ranson NV’s brand and attention to detail. Through careful spatial design, large-scale draping and layered lighting, the warehouse was completely redefined, creating a warm and inviting setting for guests.
Brand integration was central to the experience, with Ranson’s colour palette and visual identity carried consistently throughout. From the royal blue carpet arrival and custom gobo projections to the styling of the stage and interior details, every element contributed to a cohesive and considered guest journey.
Experience & Hospitality
Food, drink and entertainment were curated to reflect Ranson’s heritage and create a dynamic evening experience. Guests enjoyed an all-inclusive bar featuring Belgian beers, alongside a branded food court with frites, desserts and live catering stations. A carefully programmed sequence of entertainment — from ribbon cutting and live performance through to DJ-led celebrations — ensured the event evolved naturally throughout the evening.
