A large-scale Las Vegas-themed Parents Ball delivered within a school setting, combining creative design, full production and careful budget management. With 250 guests in attendance, the event balanced fundraising objectives with a high-impact, immersive experience.

Commissioned by The New Beacon School PTA, the brief was to deliver a fully themed Parents Ball on a tightly managed budget, funded entirely through ticket sales. Working closely with the school and their in-house catering team, we designed and delivered a complete event experience that maximised impact while remaining commercially viable.
A 12m marquee combined with a cruciform structure created a flexible layout for dining, entertainment and breakout spaces. Guests were welcomed through a Las Vegas-inspired entrance, complete with a bespoke illuminated sign, before moving into a vibrant event environment featuring live entertainment, a full production stage and a dedicated casino area.
